We start with a conversation about what you've been seeing, then inspect the interior and exterior of your home before recommending a treatment plan — no guesswork, no one-size-fits-all spray job. Your first treatment is thorough: inside, we pull outlet covers in kitchens and bathrooms to treat behind them, pull appliances to treat behind them, and treat interior thresholds, the attic, and the garage. Outside, we use liquid, bait, and granular products around the foundation, sweep spider webs from eaves and the lanai, and remove any stinging insect nests we find. We're family owned and operated with 30+ years of combined experience, state licensed and certified, and a member of the National Pest Management Association — and every plan is backed by our satisfaction guarantee: if pests show up between visits, we come back at no extra charge.

Our Process

Inspection — we talk through what you've been seeing, then inspect the interior and exterior to build a plan specific to your home
Initial treatment — thorough interior work (outlets, behind appliances, thresholds, attic, garage) plus exterior liquid, bait, and granular treatment, eave and lanai web sweeping, and stinging insect nest removal
Follow-up — you'll get notice before each visit; exterior treatment and inspection are standard, and you can request an interior treatment at that time
Free re-treatments between visits if pests return before your next scheduled service

How often do you come to the house?

Most homes are on a quarterly or bi-monthly schedule, depending on the level of pest pressure around your property. We'll recommend a frequency during your initial visit, and we'll notify you ahead of each follow-up.

What if I see pests again before my next scheduled visit?

Just give us a call — re-treatments between regular visits are included at no additional cost. That's part of our satisfaction guarantee.

Do you offer green or pet-safe treatment options?

Yes — green pest control products are available on request, and our standard treatments are selected to be safe around kids and pets when applied as directed.
