This service is fantastic! The turnaround time from initial call to Luis knocking on my front door was so fast (within a couple of days) and Luis could not be nicer or more professional. He explained to me everything he was doing to take care of all the different insect critters inside and outside of my home. I have been with, A BUGS LIFE PEST MAINTENANCE since 2013. For seven years, we have received THE BEST service with this company. For one, Mauricio is an extreme perfectionist when it comes to taking care of his customers. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise and we trust him to the fullest, while in our home. For example, we had an unusual and destructive type of insect infestation in the structure of our Tiki Bar. He took samples of the insect and sent off to a lab for further inspection and identification. It was a exotic type of non indigenous and invasive insect/ worm that must have been brought in on something, from out of the country. Due to Mauricio’s tenacity, high skill level, entomological knowledge and thoroughness, he SAVED our Tiki Bar from being COMPLETELY DESTROYED. This type of pest could have potentially gutted out and completely demolished our Tiki Bar, potentially costing us THOUSANDS of dollars. His Intelligence and extreme fund of entomological knowledge; as well as his kindness in charging only reasonable and up front fees speaks volumes to the kind of Wonderful person he is, while affirming his professionalism.
